The Suzuki School was founded by Peter Rüttimann in 1978 after his first stay in Matsumoto / Japan. Together with his wife Marianna Rüttimann, he not only built up the Lucerne location, but also the group in Zurich. His children Martin, Patricia and Cyrill Rüttimann have always been part of the family business and run it today  the three locations (Lucerne, Zurich, Basel) with over 120 students together.
